Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back a page or two to re-sync the thread and this will then show latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

It depends on experience and seniority. If you've experience of being
a junior admin then you're going to be on a lot less than someone with
ten years experience of being the senior administrator/guru.

It also depends on whether you've got a MSCE,MCP etc

Also, from what I've seen, if you have other experience like Linux
or networking (cisco, extreme) then you're on higher again.

Have a look at the job websites and go from there...

What is your interpretation of what a "Windows Administrators" job is...?
What would you consider is included in the job spec...?

In multinational firms the job functions can be quite specific.... In native SME's, a "jack of all trades" can be the sought after type...
