Anyone think they are being ripped off by their management company. Bought an apartment and after 8 months the fees have jumped from 850 a year to 1400. :eek: I know the first year they try to judge the costings but they upped everything it seems to me, even the janitor who was on 30,000 grand now on 36,000. WTF! Thought…

Call a residents meeting. If the rest of them feel the same as you, you might be able to appoint a new company.
