Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back a page or two to re-sync the thread and this will then show latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

DVD RW Drive

    for some reason this evening my dvd drive has just stopped working!!! I have checked its properties and it says that the device is working properly. i have disabled it and enabled it in device manager and i have also uninstalled and re-installed and still no joy. Can someone suggest anything ? The DVD DRIVE is no more than a month old.

    Get your windows cd (Or any bootable cd) and see if you can boot from it.
    If you can the drive is more then likey ok and you have a problem in windows.

    Could be a lose IDE cable too. Or a borked drive....
