There are so many ways of getting this product (student licenses, as part of MSDN universal, various partnership things) that it is difficult to put a proce on it...you'd probably get a couple of hundred Euro for it though.

There is a new version in Beta now, I don't know the expected RTM date though.

Visual Studio .Net 2005 is supposed to be released in Q2, which means Q3 probably, so sell it quickly!
