    hows it going,

    recently got a laptop which iv been using instead of my desktop,
    i wanna give the desktop to my sister,

    anyone able to tell me how to totally delete everything from the system and start again? ive heard someone mention f-disk???

    What OS,machine spec.............. - generally just pop in the OS and restart the system and it will ask you do you want to format the HDD(wipe everything) so always handy to have the driver CD gfx,sound...........
    If you have music vids or files............. Partition the drive and just format the OS partition and you will retain those files in your partitioned drive

    What operating system are you intending on putting on your laptop? Window 98/Windows Xp?
