Send a picture to an email address?

I'm trying to send a picture from my Motorola V525 to an email address. I've configured it so I can download my email, but it doesn't seem to want to let me send email. What do I need to enter under 'sending host' to let it send email? I'm with vodafone

The easiest way to send a pic to an e-mail address is to create an MMS message and enter an e-mail address instead of a phone number.
