Upon listening to his quirky voice, comparing ROYAL JONES to anyone is short changing him. I'd say the listener is in for a treat...Odd ball that he is! Having not performed in Manhattan since the 90s, the release of this cd and the positive praise it has garnered may cause ROYAL JONES to hit the road soon! Providing there is enough interest generated. .The rhythmic 'PAIN STAIN' with a 'Jerry Springer-esque' story line is both amusing and danceable ,A real winner in my estimation. An artist whose style and sincerity and down right 'funkability ' leaves the listener wanting more! A lovely debut! ......... Don't deny yourself a good time !
