Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back a page or two to re-sync the thread and this will then show latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I seem to remember doing this by opening a new spread sheet and inserting the password protected one into it.

If not I think you can open insert file into ms word if you just need to look at /print the data.

    Which version of excel ?
the older versions of word/excel were very poorly "protected"

If it is only readonly protection then you can simply copy all the cells to a new workbook.

Excel 97 and before you can copy the file in a file manager window rename the new one and it isnt password protected.

"Advanced Excel 2000 Password Recovery" is a nice tool.

After paying a few notes for the Excel sheet to be done about 3 years ago, they couldn't change a percentage in the worksheet, as it was password protected. So they asked me. It took 40 minutes to find it.

It costs €49 to buy, but *me looks @ ur title* that should be alright for you ;)
