Water Cooling

Anybody have any experience with water cooling? I was looking at the prices on Komplett and it seems kinda expensive except for one starter kit. Does it work much better than trad. fan/heatsink stuff? Is the pump loud(I asume a pump is involved) Are they difficult to install? reliable? any experiences good/bad much…

well if you have to ask these questions, id suggest just getting yourself a nice heatsink and a few fans. no offence implied.
