Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Homer: Why would we leave America to go visit America Junior?

On the subject of USIT  how can it be fair that we have to book our flights throught them AND pay their insurance?? I found tickets to canada for the same dates for €300 cheaper

I ended up paying nearly e1300 for a return ticket from Dublin to Vancouver which includes their insurance package and the price of the visa (e350). Someone should remind them that we're students and not in full time employment. Bastards!

At one stage I rang the hotline and got a voice message saying "Please do not ring this number for Canada bookings. All requests will be made via the website." This after getting an email saying all booking would ONLY be made over the phone.

Was about to put the phone down when someone answered and said "Hello, USIT Canada bookings."

it's insane i tells ya. they're responsible for everything that's wrong with my life.
