VW CD Changer Question

A friend bought a second hand passat that had the volkswagen gamma (possibly blaupunkt??) stereo with 10 disc changer. How do you select cd 7, 8, 9, 10 on the changer as the preset buttons only go up to 6. I've looked through the manual but I can't see anythng about it and there's nothing obvious on the radio. Three Options ----

1 Ask the nice man who sold you the car
2 Go to your local VW dealer and ask them
3 Google it
