Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Ajax appoint Blind

    Ajax have named former star Danny Blind as coach in succession to Ronald Koeman, who resigned after their Uefa Cup elimination against Auxerre.

    Blind's appointment ends speculation that Spurs coach Martin Jol would quit White Hart Lane and return to Holland.

    Blind played more than 500 matches in 13 seasons at Ajax, ending his playing career in May 1999.

    He joined Ajax's technical staff and has recently worked as head of youth development at the club.

    /Atm there are 16 black or coloured players playing for Ajax by the end of the season there will be probably be none. Should be fun to see how this team implodes with Chief High Wizard Danny in charge.
