Man Beheaded In London Street in daytime

Jesus! This is absolutely crazy. A man in his 60's was apparently beheaded by someone wielding a medieval-type axe in broad daylight in London. Sounds horrific. Story here

To me, this reads "Officers hope that this is not a random attack".

Strange, but not shocking.
