    All I hear people talking about in school is that they want to be teachers in primary, secondary etc.. I am just wondering how many people actually want to be teachers here as well??

    That's an incredibly loaded poll. What exactly would have been the problem in just putting in

    1. Yes, in Primary
    2. Yes, in Secondary
    3. Tes, in Tertiary
    4. Yes, but not in one of the aforementioned
    5. No

    I'd hate to be a teacher, well at least for secondary school. They don't get any respect, and they get to watch their subject be destroyed by teenagers who hate it. And then you've got the whole 9 to 5 job thing, and having to correct homework and such.... just so not for me.

    I wouldn't be a teacher...but I'd be interested in becoming a lecturer, they teach :)

    Fair enough but before I do get banned I'd just like to point out that in the charter:
    No abuse or name calling, personal or otherwise.
    What started this was Rapharl calling JCB "stupid". If that isn't name calling I don't know what is. If I was to get banned then Raphael should also otherwise you are operating double stantards, which is unfair. raphael should not be allowed to attack other members(nor I)by demeaning them and calling them stupid just because they expressed an opinion.

    Look at it this way. I have NO objection to JCB having a problem with the teaching profession. I have NO objection to him mentinoing this in his post. But the poll is connected to the thread as a whole, and some people who do want to be teachers would not want to post after that. I sure as hell wouldn't. Posting loaded polls is incredibly immature and quite annoying

    Oh, and I didn't call him stupid, merely commented that the loaded polls showed up immaturity and stupidity. And weren't you banned?
