Looking for an image preload javascript that works

Right - currently am running a mouse over on a web page I've designed and the image preloading javascript is not working on it. So when you put the mouse over the button it takes a second or two for it to change. The images should be already preloaded but the script isn't working as it should.

Can anyone give me a script or point me to a script that does preload images properly?

    Appreciate the help.

Yoink yerself a copy of Dreamweaver - it'll take care of all that : )

If your still stuck, I'll get the code later (when I get home - no Dreamweaver at work!) and bang it in an email to ya!

    All the best,
