ive got another month left on my live account and was going to use one of the free trials to start up another account and get 2 months free but can i use my credit card on a trial account if ive already used it on my current account ?!?

Yep. I used one card for two accounts.
Just leave plenty of time to cancel the account near the end of the trial period. (See drummerboys post and my reply)...
