Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Been meaning to ask this for months: What's the deal with the chicks in the School of Comm wearing the orange trousers? I thought for a while that there might be a restaurant somewhere with a particularly heinous dress code, but I saw a bunch of them leaving the school of comm the other day so I'm guessing they're trainee chefs or something? But orange?! They're like aspiring hare krishnas or summat!

If its orange, it's got to be community service. Even more so that you saw them coming out of the school of comm. Housemate is a trainee chef in CIT and she doesnt wear orange trousers so I can only presume the white jacket & black/dark pants combo is a widely accepted standard for catering courses.

afaik the beauty/hairdressing/whatever the hell course it is over there wear pretty much the same colours, albeit a different design of uniform to the cheffing crowd.

Provisionally I'm going to say it's either community service or a cult. I may alter that decision as time passes.
