Another good format show from Mark Burnett (Survivor, Apprentice). The fact that they have actual pro and amateur boxers makes it more enjoyable. The fights at the end are very well done. Great camera and slow motion work....

i notice tonight that ITV1 in the Granada region is showing this show. i dont have access to UTV atm but they are showing Goldeneye instead according to Digiguide. why is one part of the ITV1 network showing it (probably all of the ITV1 network) and not UTV

have heard good things about this programme wonder will any of the irish channels pick it up??

Tonights show probably wasnt as good as the pervious ones - but good fight all the same.

i was shocked to see the end in memory of Najai Turpin...he had committed suicide last month.. (3 months after the show).

    :(

Caught my first episode of this (i presume from the dates yis posted its on a repeat run now). Id been rootin for him in the fight, although it was apparent after the round where he defeated Sergio that Sergio had become more composed, while Najai was thinking too much about failing his daughter. Aye, very sad, I was suprised by the "blink and yid miss it" speed of the tribute, so brief as to arouse a "wha, he died?" response

    Anyway, as to how

Poor guy, he really seemed like his daughter was his life and all, very sad

As for the show, its great but the slow mo sequences annoy me slightly. It was good in Rocky....but they were films, not reality

just caught the last half hour, its fairly good.

the slow mo's r annoying but the way the fights are edited is cool, concentrates on the 'money shots' if you will.
