Isn't it one of the basic Human Rights? Is it a constitutional right?

    Yip. Article 40.

    6. 1° The State guarantees liberty for the exercise of the following rights, subject to public order and morality:

    i. The right of the citizens to express freely their convictions and opinions.

    K,

I personally don't favour or think that any language or technique is better than another. Every developer has their own opinion based on experience. As I pointed out earlier on this thread, Java is my web language of choice. My reason's for choosing Java is because

    A) It's relatively NEW
    B) Plenty of jobs for Java coders
    C) Performance, Scalability, Maintainability all encourage my interest in it.

I have had a little experiece with ASP on IIS. It was quick, easy and did the job. So I am not going to complain. But I still prefer Java for the above 3 reasons.

Everyone has their own opinions, which are primarily based on "their" past experiences. I respect that, as do I expect you to respect mine.
