Sleeping through the Night!!!!!

I have an 11 month old Labrador Retriever and since he's been 6 weeks old he's had problems sleeping through the night. He just doens't do it. Between 5 and 6 every morning he barks to get out of the kitchen if he's lucky enough to get into the sitting room or even the bedroom he goes back asleep again and could stay asleep up until 12 o'clock if he wanted to. He's well excersized and he has no other problems he's great in every other way. But it's horrible being woken up every night by him bacrking to get out. Has anyone got any ideas on how to keep him asleep for the night? or will he just grow out of it?

Any help would be much appreciated.

    Thanks

    DV

My lab was like that too, but he grew out of it.

Could be that he's woken up by something (the neighbour, maybe). Maybe try and let him sleep somwhere else (the hall).
What happens if you don't let him out? Unless he NEEDS to go you could just try and ignore his barking and break the habit / routine this way.
