Everyone has their own trademark dish that they just stumbled upon when experimenting in the kitchen.

Here are mine which are triptasctic:

    Custard Banginger :D

    Custard
    Banana
    Ginger Nut Biscuits

Make nice custard and make it a little watery (mmmmmm)
Chop bananas and add in (mmmmmm)
Liberally sprinkle bashed up ginger nut biscuits on top and voila a magic dessert.

    Magic Potato Salad :)

    Small potatoes
    Mayo
    Cranberry Sauce

    Boil spuds let cool
    add in mayo
and add in cranberry sauce (gives it an extra zing - a bling bling zing)

Anyone have any of their own to share?

    Cheapo Ben&Jerry/Hagen Daz

Let some vanilla HB get soft in the fridge for an hour or so.
Take it out and whip it so it is like a ice cream cone consistency
Break up some chocolate buiscuits or bars like twixs and stir them in.

I make a secret personal Garam Masala. Can't tell you it though; it's a secret.

    I have another great dessert.

    Ingredients:
    Digestive biscuits
    tinned peach segements
    softly whipped cream

Crush up the biscuits and put layer in a deepish glass (looks classy) then add a layer of peaches, then a layer of cream and repeat till glass is full. Make sure cream layer is on the top and sprinkle with any left over crumbs or hundreds and thousands for that "exotic" look ;)

    A great satay dipping sauce

Mix roughly equal quantities of peanut butter and tomato ketchup together in a bowl. Mix in water to get the consistency you want. Add tabasco or chilli powder if you want some kick. Divine satay dipping sauce to suit anything.

    Fruit Pie alá sandwhich toaster.

Essentially you need some jam, a sandwhich toaster and some bread - and make toasted jam sandwhiches - but be very liberal with the jam - more than you'd ever put on a regular sandwhich.
