Buying an apartment in Bulgaria or Hungary

    Hi, I would like to invest some money by buying an apartment in either Hungary or more likely Bulgaria and I am looking to see if any of you bought a property in those country through some Irish based agencies and how the deal went..

    There is a Limerick based agency which sells properties in Bulgaria:

    Also there is another agency selling apartments in Hungary: http://www.casaro-hungary.com did any of you buy through them?

    I could find a lot of info on the internet (probably too many), but having a good website does not necessarily mean that the agency is reliable, so I am looking for some opinions and advises....
