    challenge them to print the consultants report which McRedmond mentioned earlier in the week. They'll probably claim its confidential, but if they are willing to publish at least we'll be able to see what comparisons the consultants were making, and how they correspond with those from the IOFFL survey.

    Just heard most of it (off tape I was'nt awake enough to listen live (bloody hour change!!)), it was a good interview/discussion. Nothing like hearing someone who has had to jump through hoops to get a service to illustrate the issues at hand.
