If you done a bit of searching through the forum you would see that there is alot of informaton regarding this.

You can't generalise on this subject because some artists can specialise in certain areas. If you tell us what type of tattoo you are interested in getting you will get better and more accurate feedback.

Celestial ring in the green shopping centre, top floor, is good, expensive for your first time there but worth it and your second and more are alot cheaper
