On the Meteor SIM, dial the following:

*21*<divert number>#

For example, to divert to O2 number 086 1234567 dial:

*21*0861234567#

But you still need credit on the Meteor SIM to divert. To cancel the divert dial #21#.

No it won't. I'm not sure if there is any way of forwarding texts - I don't think there is.
