In todays Independant ,minister Mc Dowell is asking the public for submissions to changes to the fireworks laws.Europe is looking at standarising the fireworks sales laws. What has got to do with shooting you might ask?
BLACK and SMOKELESS POWDER and our difficulty with getting such for reloading our ammo. Maybe this would be a good place to put in a submission about us liscensed shooters being allowed to get such substances under possibly liscensing to sell fireworks,or under a reloaders/small blasters liscense.
    ?
    Thoughts on this?

'Twould definitely be a useful thing to have for the ISSF 300m shooters; when the 6mmBR rounds go for upwards of €2 a pop, and the competition is 60 shots + sighters, and you need to be training a lot... well, it's not much of a coincidence that the only team we have shooting it is the army team!
