What is the general opinion with regards to using the smaller ISPS? I'm talking about www.lastmile.ie etc. I am considering using them, and I just wondered did anybody have any input?

There irish
Can be a great

bad points:
pricey
untested
service might be unreliable

but if you know somebody using it and its ok i'd go for it
