    Hey there,
I'm currently doing an evaluation of Rational Project Console. Our FLEXlm license server has died so i'm trying to set up one locally and I'm getting the following error:
Flexible License Manager status on Thu 3/31/2005 11:37

    [Detecting lmgrd processes...]
    License server status: 27000@machinename
        License file(s) on machinename: C:\Documents and Settings\Desktop\pjc licenses\license.dat:

machinename: license server UP (MASTER) v9.2

    Vendor daemon status (on machinename):

         lmgrd:
For further information, refer to the FLEXlm End User Manual,
    available at "www.macrovision.com".

    Feature usage info:

Users of UnifyingPlatform: Cannot get users of UnifyingPlatform: No such feature exists
    Feature: UnifyingPlatform
    License path: 27000@machinename
    FLEXlm error: -5,222
For further information, refer to the FLEXlm End User Manual,
    available at "www.macrovision.com".
Users of ProjectConsole: Cannot get users of ProjectConsole: No such feature exists
    Feature: UnifyingPlatform

    FLEXlm error: -5,222
For further information, refer to the FLEXlm End User Manual,
    available at "www.macrovision.com".

My license.dat looks like the following:
    SERVER machinename 27001
    DAEMON lmgrd "C:\Program Files\Rational\Common\lmgrd.exe"
    VENDOR lmgrd "C:\Program Files\Rational\Common\lmgrd.exe"

I've omitted the INCREMENT part of the licensing for obvious reasons :D

It's pretty urgent that I get this up and running today so I'm in a bit of a panic. Does anyone know how to resolve this? I've tried a the suggestions in the FLEXlm End User Manual but had no luck.

    Thanks,
    sj
