Hi all, does anyone know much about LPG conversitions and also the cost of LPG per litre/gallon. Tried the net to see how much they were charging here in Ireland but no go.. And if you know the prices where did you get them.
    Thanks

    Hi,

I haven't used LPG in a while, it was available in Amien Street (Staffords I think) the local garage removed their pump when renovating.

When I was using it I had no complaints, you have the option of petrol or gas, it's a good idea to run on petrol occasionally because LPG is dry and has no lubricant well that's what I was told.

The return was about 10% more mpg and I think 20% cheaper to buy, taxi and hackney drivers use it, Calor should have a list of approved installers and outlets.

    Hi,

The list for all the service stations in Ireland is on the Calor web site.

    http://www.calorgas.ie/calor_and_your_business/car_fuel/refueling_stations/?countyID=9

Must be an easier way to link this, I'm still at the copy and paste stage :)
