Ha Ha ye tuaght you were getting another one, moriatry nearly blew a blood vessel in his brain, real Q is what will the new upload speed be or will it be kept the same? and will it vary between the two packages broadband and broadband plus, and what is the minimum upload you would need for running a webserver?

It's staying at 128kbit for both packages. There's no specific minimum upload bandwidth needed to run a webserver, but it's not as simple as that. Ask in Nets/Comms for a better explanation.
