hmm... my router says 1024/128 but my torrent download is staying at normal speeds(40-50KB/s) although it jumped up to 70KB/s for a few minutes a while back and sometimes goes up to about 60KB/s.....

We've already covered this.. your upload speed hasn't increased.

BitTorrent mainly relies on uploads... so don't expect any great speed increase!

Same here, I have all the ports opened, the file has 3000+peers and 300+ seeds, I have the green light etc. yet my d/ls remain at 20kb/s OCCASIONALLY spiking up to 50kb/s and once up to 100kb/s. Yet it always returns to 20kb/s or less.

I'm hoping this is just an IOL upgrade issue and will be resolved in a few days.

Nope - file from a private site with about 100 seeds and only a few leechers. But most of my torrents are running slower than usual. I hope it's something to do with the upgrade.

ive been downloading at almost 210kB for most of the day
not sure about that round trip, is it saying my time to rewuest a page to it being sent is 4.5 seconds????

Why is my round trip so poor? I've repeated the test several times.

Also wtf is up with the upload, was much better on 512/128

My new fave test btw.

Im annoyed, its not like i hoped, im only getting a working connection of 100kbs on my 1mb line which is only showing up as 860kbs on the isp tests, hoping this might go all the way up to 1mb but what can u do. At least a working connection like some of the lads of 120 would satisfy me. Craving speed.

heres mine netsource tonight...1.71mbs down...108kbs up...nice going netsource...does anybody knowv if they have reduced there price i seen on there homepage 90euro for 3 months is this true as im paying 66 euro a month now but was planning on going to smart but i think ill drop that idea now
