    i got 320Kbps before upgrade
    now im on 400Kbps according to tests
    im meant to be on 2Mbit and the lucan exchange is done loool

    Perhaps your phone line is a piece of ****? How far are you from the exchange? Are you sure there's not more than 1 exchange serving lucan?
