cscript + wscript . What do they come with?

I found them in my machine with W98SE + IE5 Which one does it come with? I want to copy them over to NT but it says I need more files.

I reckon it'd be a component from an IE4 install, if my memory serves me correctly, theres an option to install that when you're doing an advanced install.
The file(s) are also found in win98_59.cab, my version of win98 didn't ship with IE5 though, but it could still be an IE component.
