Ok guys, what would you prefer? A girl to have what would be considered small natural breasts or for her to have them increased in size with surgery/implants.

The scars on implants are always pretty noticible when the person is naked.

But they can do that one now where they slice open the area around the nipple to put the implant in. It's not supposed to look quite so obvious. I've yet to see one of them though.

Wow, I didn't think it would be so in favour of natural, I suppose the only reason I thought that though is because getting implants is such a big thing these days. Little do they know more than 90% of men would prefer them without them. That's why there getting them right? To impress men? At the end of the day amongst all other insecurities, its ultimatly to impress men.

It depends how big your tits are. If a girl has absolutely no breasts, then I find it a big turn off.. as do most men I know. Kinda like a boys body. If that is the case, give me the fakers.... but I'd rather have big natural tits, thanks very much!

Any girls I know who have got it done have done it because they are lapdancers.

Having larger breasts can really affect the level of income that you can take in on the night. I'm sure most men aren't observant enough to tell if they are real or natural.

Implants are never going to be preferred over medium to large sized natural breasts . However, as discussed on the "large vs. small" thread here a few weeks ago, breast size should be relative to frame (i.e. small frame, huge breasts looks cartoonishly freakish and large frame, small breasts isn't exactly attractive either).

I think if a girl's out of proportion naturally, they can be a good thing. More than that though would be the case where implants were being used to regain what was formerly there before childbirth or, in the obviously more extreme case, a mastectomy.

I can see why girls with absolutely nothing in the chest department might get them to boost their confidence but otherwise I can't see the benfit.

Hvaing said that, my cousin is a plastic surgeon in Italy and he was telling at Easter that he's doing nearly twice as manay pec implants for men as breast Implants for women....Weird !

That's just a nonsense Kingsize. Is a woman who's just undergone a mastectomy vain for getting an implant to balance out her figure?

If someone has serious issues with their body and a perfectly safe operation can help her feel better about herself should we really look down on her for having that surgery?

I think that a modicum of common sense should be forced on some women, i.e. surgeons should refuse to perform surgery that will disfigure a woman in the way Jordan or her counterparts have done.

not sure that implants are reccomended post mastectomy i think prosthetics are usually employed.
if someone has serous issues with their body they should get to the roots of those issues maybe im wrong but most people i have heard of getting implants done were blatantly vain egotists.

It is usually fools, and opinionated twats that jump to such conclusions; if you're going to make general sweeping insults, you should attempt to back them up.

As for the real/fake/big/small argument. Personally I couldn't care less - so long as they're not "Jordan" big, or "6 year old" small.

As long as the surgeon's not disfiguring the woman (as in when clothed you'd not be able to tell she'd had surger done) I don't have a problem with it at all.
