We've been asked in our company to do a survey of what other technology and telecoms companies pay for On call allowances and Overtime. What we've found so far is that it varies quite a bit across the board. So I'm looking for info on what others out there are paying. Feel free to post here or if you'd prefer to keep it…

We've been asked in our company to do a survey of what other technology and telecoms companies pay for On call allowances and Overtime. What we've found so far is that it varies quite a bit across the board.

So I'm looking for info on what others out there are paying.

Feel free to post here or if you'd prefer to keep it anonymous then send me a PM.

I'll start it off:

On Call: 275 euro for the week (Mon - Sun) on call. Bank Holidays are 70 per day.

Overtime: Time and a half for Monday to Friday and double time for Sat/Sun. Bank Holiday is double time plus time in lieu.
