Broadband outages

I lost partial connectivity about 10 minutes ago, had to reset the line twice. Anyone else having similar problems. I'm on Eircom ADSL Business. I could still send pings, and my bittorrent connection was fine, but I couldn't recieve mail or connect to websites. Weird. Guess Eircom are still working. Gav
