    Hi lads,

as the subject says. I tried NetLimiter which I couldn't get to work, seemed buggy. Also tried Softperfect Bandwidth Limiter which killed my connection altogether!!

    Thanks

netlimiter is solid. It may be a problem with your own computer.

*That said, I checked it yesterday and it was using 332,000kb of my RAM. ;)

Yep, netlimiter 1.30 is the best one.

There is a netlimiter 2 alpha available at the
site (www.netlimiter.com) but at the moment
    I think it is sh!te.

Netlimiter is excellent to use but be careful with what it tells you, especially if your using p2p. It doesn't seem to count the connection traffic for some reasons

i.e. if you limit a p2p program to 1kB upload, due to connection pinging and the likes I find it actually averages out to about 3kB
