Measuring download bytes...

    Is there any way to measure how much I'm downloading each day? Like how many MB's etc...?

    Also for NTL users...how strict are NTL on the download CAP? The limit is 1GB per day. I got a letter today saying that the service in the area has been experiencing difficulties due to some users exceeding the daily CAP, they said I was one of those users. 1GB a day is fairly decent and I have been over doing it lately which I'll be cooling it down now, but has anyone heard of any horror stories from NTL imposing limititations on users constantly over doing the daily CAP?
