Vodafone Blackberry Email Setup

My dad just got the Vodafone Blackberry 7100v. Pretty cool phone but I can't fingure out ow to set it up to send and recieve email. Does anyone else have this phone or know how you go about getting it to work wit the email service he's paying for? Thanks.
