Precise Delay in PERL

Hello All, I am looking for a precise delay function in PERL. I know that sleep(1) will give 1 second delay but how do I get a precise delay of say 1.4seconds. Thanks for any help.

Hi,

Thanks for that but Pause or pause don't work. Gives Internal Server error- "Undefined Function "
