Trying to bypass colleges very strict blocking software (I-Gear WebSense). It checks the html source of the requested page for words in the block list and wont display if found.

I need a cgi proxy script (bit like anonymizer.com) that edits the html source and changes the text in
the tags to something like so (bannedword = b.a.n.n.e.d.w.o.r.d, games = gam3s
or g.a.m.e.s) then displays it so the word filter isnt triggered and the
content gets through my colleges server. Obviously i wouldnt want to change
the text of the href or imgage tags etc. in the document. Does anyone know of
a script like this for personal use or somewhere i could learn to code this
(ive some c but no perl so i would prefer not to have to try and write
    something like this).

You will need to have programs running at either end of the proxy to do this..

And it is unlikely that you have access..
