Which Service Provider for Wireless Router

Ok I know Eircom are curerntly providing a wireless router at the moment, Im just wondering are IOL, U.Tv or any othere ISP doing this? whats is Eircom current limit for the home starter is it still 4 gig has have they uped it to 8 gig ?
