Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Question about UGC's online booking

    Wondering if any UGC regulars know whether or not they allow you to choose your seats when booking films through their website?

    I got to the personal & credit card details page and there's a "next" button at the bottom. Dunno if this will lead to another page where I can choose my seats or just a page confirming the booking and that's it.

    I want to book tickets for Star Wars and I know for a fact the show I'm booking is reserved seating but I'd like to know if I can choose my own seats/see how full the cinema is to avoid getting stuck in front row.

    UCI and Ster Century websites give this option very clearly, UGC may do too but it's badly designed.
