Quick Lingo question

Hey, Im working on a director proj for college, and I have forgotten the operator to say less than AND greater than: i.e if x>10 "and" <20 then... If anyone could help me out you would be a lifesaver, my brain is melted and I cant find it in the lingo dictionary!
