Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Triple H Injures Neck

Triple H injured his neck at RAW this past Monday. The injury was supposedly so bad that at one point when Triple H got backstage at the gorilla position, he collapsed.

According to several sources, the injury first took place during the Handicap Match that Triple H was in with The Hurricane and Rosey. When Rosey did a leg drop towards the middle of the match, his leg landed on Triple H's head and neck in an awkward fashion. I was at the show live on Monday in Moline and from my viewpoint it didn't appear the move had gone as planned. It also didn't help that other moves were performed following the spot that caused many blows to his head, including a bump in the corner from Rosey and a leg drop from Hurricane off the top rope. Although not confirmed at this time, it was rumored that Triple H may have suffered a concussion due to the numerous blows to the head following the spot.

After the Handicap Match, Triple H spent time backstage icing down his neck and keeping a towel around it. He was said to have been okay to close the show during the Batista interview segment, but looked to have reaggravated the injury when he took a big bump over the top rope. As noted earlier, he collapsed once he reached the gorilla position in the backstage area after the show went off the air. This appears to be why a scheduled bonus tag team match didn't take place after the show went off the air (which was scheduled to be Batista & Shawn Michaels vs. Triple H & Ric Flair). As I noted on WrestleView earlier, Earl Hebner came down the ramp after the show had gone off the air to inform Lilian Garcia that no match was taking place and Batista celebrated with the crowd for a good 10 minutes.

This also appears to be why Stephanie McMahon canceled her scheduled trip with other WWE creative team members to scout talent in Ohio Valley Wrestling yesterday. On a quick note regarding that trip, the scouting reportedly went on for about four hours during the training session. All the writers headed home before the tapings got underway last night.

He's going to be fit for Raw at MSG from what I've read.
