Is UTVip unusually slow lately?

I am finding that my ISDN connection to the Internet via UTVip is excruciatingly slow lately. Is it just my connection, or have others made the same observation?

I'm not sure about the connection itself being any slower but there have definitely been issues connecting (as per a thread started last week). These seem to have been sorted out...least its been ok for the last few days.
