Iam looking for a program which i can divide my bandwidth between progrmas, so when iam downloading i can still load webpages at a decent enough speed. any ideas

What do ye think about the "new" netlimiter??

I dont like it at all but it has some features that are really
cool like "granting bandwidth" to a program.
This would be perfect for making sure that firefox got a
minimum of 10/15k a second all the time.

Also I think there is a feature for limiting the speed of a network,
I'm not 100% if the feature actually works but it would be handy
if people sharing your connection were overdoing it.
