PermaNET - any experiences?

A group of us are meeting with PermaNET next week to discuss submitting an application for the Government Group Broadband Scheme. I have checked their web site and it does not instill confidence. Anyone out there any experience of dealing with them?

Licenced 3.5 operator they are. Shoulda launched before now TBh but should be OK if you are in Kerry .
