Are animated sigs being alowed now?

    Over the last few days I have noticed more and more people with animated sigs, I thought they were banned am I wrong cause I've got a nice one that I've been waiting to use.

    Simple rule of thumb
    That which is not expressly permitted is denied
    some people not getting caught, yet,
    should not be taken as carte blanche
