    Hello,

Congratulations on running such a successful website.

I am thinking of creating a website similar to boards.ie (although it would not be a competitor.)

I notice boards.ie is a limited company. Can I ask why you didn't just keep boards.ie as a website and actually made it a company? (as in, was it to protect yourselves from legal action etc.)

    Thank you.

Thank you for that. However, I get the feeling since then Boards.ie has been turned into a legitimate company?

I assume for limited liabilty for bandwidth costs, server maintenance etc., along as with any potential legal actions i.e. libel actions copyright infringements.
